초록 |
The FEM structural strength analysis was performed on aluminium EGR Cooler with aluminum die casting. The structural reinforced design was developed through internal pressure simulation for EGR Cooler using the aluminum die casting housing to avoid stress concentration site, which exceed fracture stress of material. 83 percent decreased in number of housing part, and Max. 40.5 percent decreased in stress distribution of housing as a result of the study.
