초록 |
Because of customer’s demands for comfortable and silent vehicle, a large number of studies about the noise level reduction at the first step of vehicle design have been accomplished. Each component attached on the engine has to be needed the effort to improve the noise characteristic, but it is also important to solve that problems by means of systematic approach under the component assembly conditions. When Motor actuator is operating by ECU control signal, the noise source is generated at gear-train. This paper presents the modification of gear tooth form optimized for reducing the noise level by optimal design. |
