The motor driven actuator in vehicle is demanded in ensuring the reliability of the motor, which is the main power source in the operating environment. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain a low and stable contact resistance of motor. In this paper, the effect of silicon oxide on the contact resistance between motor brush and commutator is analyzed, and a test mode that can detect it has been developed and validated. |
