Torque Transfer Noise(TTN) is very unique phenomenon which occurs during shift in dry type double clutch transmission. TTN has been one of the complicated issues to analyze and understand in developing DCT. 2-Dimensional simulation model which includes axial behavior of clutch system and helix gears as well as torsional vibration movement has been developed to analyze TTN issue. Some important parameters of TTN were reviewed with 2-D simulation model. And TTN-free design was proposed considered two major parameters. Test results of TTN vehicle test has also reviewed with the simulation model. |
