| 초록 |
A new EFI System for small four-stroke motorcycle engines was developed. The system employs a FAI injector, which is developed on the basis of the linear electromagnetic pump, with its breakthrough featuring that the injector functions as the integration of the fuel pump, pressure regulator and nozzle. Other EFI components and sensors were also developed. Fuel consumption and emission results from the system are presented, showing that the engine-out emissions meet the European III standard with a sufficient margin, and the system achieves significant fuel savings relative to the baseline carbureted system. |
