The modeling and controller design of EMV(electromagnetic valve) are performed. For the analysis and controller design, the modeling equation of EMV is achieved. In controller design, three parts, i.e., start control, holding control, and swing control are considered. In order to reduce the landing speed of the valve, on-time delay control is empolyed. And the holding current has been reduced by the pick-up and hold operation of coil driver circuit. The simulated and experimental results are presented to show the validity of the control method. |
