A polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell power system is integrated to develop a pre-proto fuel cell/battery hybrid powered vehicle. This direct hydrogen fuel cell engine system is equipped with two 5 kw rated fuel cell stacks, an air supply system, two humidifiers, a cooling system, and control devices. This paper describe the methodologies of the system integration and automatic control challenges. And also describe the characteristics of the fuel cell engine system. |
