For the unmanned configuration of the machine tool processing technique, the initial machining origin must be autonomously recognized when the machining material is changed. In general, when changing to a different sized workpiece, the operator must measure the initial machining origin, which has been changed manually or semi automatically, and the purpose is to recognize and monitor it autonomously. In this paper, we will explain the method and experimental results for the autonomous recognition of the initial machining origin due to material change. |
