초록 For non-road diesel engines of 56 kW or higher, the application of SCR is essential in order to comply with the NOx regulation of the current emission regulations. In order to maximize the NOx reduction efficiency of the SCR system, the NH3 adsorption characteristics of the SCR catalyst can be utilized. Since the NH3 adsorbed on the SCR catalyst has no direct measurement method, it is inevitable to rely on the NH3 adsorption estimation model, and there is a possibility that NH3 slip may occur due to model error. Therefore, this study proposed a closed loop control method in order to minimize NH3 slip by utilizing the NOx sensor signal at the SCR catalyst outlet. It was verified through the NRTC mode, the certification test mode for non-road diesel engines. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the closed loop controller proposed in this study can reduce NH3 slip through detailed calibration.
