초록 A nonlinear, dynamic response structural optimization is carried out for a structure that integrates the body-in-white and battery pack of an electric vehicle. The loading conditions are made from a side pole impact test. The objective function is the mass, while the intrusion of the battery pack is defined as a constraint to prevent fires or explosions involving the battery pack during a car accident. An optimization method that uses the equivalent static loads method(ESLM) is proposed. An electrical vehicl (EV) model is generated from an existing crash simulation vehicle model. The proposed method was found to be an effective structural design method for electric vehicles.
