Cars equipped with eco-friendly electric powertrains are gradually expanding, but vehicles that combine an internal combustion engine, an HEV AT, and an AT with eight or more stages still account for about 80% to 90% of the number of new cars sold. Accordingly, most customers are checking whether the vehicle has excellent shift performance not only for fuel efficiency but also for emotional quality without shift shock. Automakers are also developing a shift feel to meet the demands of the market. A solenoid valve that precisely controls the clutch hydraulic pressure in the AT and a current control method (herein, referred to as dither energy) that controls the clutch hydraulic pressure in the AT also play a very important role in the shifting function. The solenoid converts the applied electrical energy into mechanical energy and performs the vehicle shifting with the control hydraulic pressure controlled by opening and closing the valve. In this case, the current control method is applied to the applied electrical energy. It is applied to the solenoid valve from the TCU in the form of a dual frequency waveform in which driving frequency and dither frequency are combined. |
