| 초록 | The automatic transmission parking system functions essentially as a minimum safety device for the vehicle by mechanical locking when the engine stop or electric power interruption. Parking system exists in various shapes in all vehicles including automatic transmissions of internal combustion engines and hybrid vehicle (AT, DCT, CVT, etc.) and electric vehicle reducer. And the vehicle should keep stationary when braking or gradient conditions. Therefore, parking system must satisfy function and performance in order to secure reliability even under repeated load conditions. Parking test has various evaluation items for each car maker, and It has criteria for evaluating durability and performance. In this paper, when the parking cam is damaged by repeated parking operations during the parking durability test, characteristics of the parking system operating behavior due to cam’s rotation were compared and verified by multibody dynamics simulation. |
