With the spread of electric vehicles, the market share of electric vehicles among global automobile sales is gradually increasing and it has continued to grow with a market share of 10% in 22. However, with the supply of electric vehicles, there are still problems to be solved, such as mileage problems depending on battery capacity, inconvenience in charging time and place, high vehicle prices compared to internal combustion engines due to battery prices, and uncertainties in subsidies. In the case of 4WD vehicles, there is driving stability due to road conditions and driving force distribution. Compared to internal combustion engines, electric vehicles have advantages such as spatial advantage and high output due to the application of two motors. Despite these advantages, 4WD electric vehicles need to improve efficiency due to their lower electricity ratio than 2WD. Among them, efficiency improvement through DAS application has been verified through various researches. Existing DAS simulations mainly focused on the simulation of vehicle perspectives using 1D simulation. In this research, a control simulator was developed to verify the behavioral characteristics during DAS engagement, and a multi-body dynamics analysis model was developed for precise verification of parts unit. |
