| 초록 | In the automotive industry, cost reduction of electric motors is continuously required. So, this paper propose the cost reduction method of automotive motors through change the magnet shape. This allows the design model and the base model to maintain the same output and minimizes design changes. The analysis was conducted with variables such as permanent magnet thickness, rotor shape, stator shape, and air gap length. The analysis results showed that the permanent magnet volume decreased by more than 5%. |
