초록 In this paper, a sensitivity analysis between a Tire Design Parameter(TDP) and a Functional Tire Characteristics(FTC) was conducted by using FE simulation data, and a multi-objective optimal design was derived by using an optimization algorithm. By introducing variation on 21 TDPs, 43 virtual tire models were designed to analyze the sensitivity of TDPs on FTCs. FE simulations were performed to calculate the FTCs of the virtual tires, and a sensitivity analysis was conducted to identify the primary TDPs for each FTC. Multiple linear regression equations for each FTC were derived and would be used as surrogates. Then, Pareto solutions to optimize the FTCs were obtained by using NSGA-II(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm) and the surrogate model. Furthermore, multi-dimensional Pareto solutions can be mapped onto a two-dimensional space, and will be clustered by using SOM(Self-Organizing Map). This framework can derive the optimal tire design solution efficiently for the given functional requirements.
