초록 The rear differential, which distributes appropriate power to each rear wheel of a vehicle, often generates significant noise and vibration due to various causes. To accurately assess the occurrence of noise and vibration, evaluation under actual vehicle conditions is essential. This paper utilizes the Component TPA (Transfer Path Analysis) technique to measure the blocked force generated by the rear differential, identify the pathways through which vibration is transmitted, and build a noise prediction model. By comparing the predicted noise levels with actual noise levels, the reliability of the model has been improved, enhancing the NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) testing process.
