In this study, the purpose is to develop a durability test for next-generation HEV transmission system (TMED-II). To achieve this, three battery models based on real vehicle data were constructed: a State of Charge (SOC) estimation model according to battery charging/discharging, a voltage drop model and a battery temperature model. These models played a crucial role in evaluating the performance and durability of the HEV transmission. The results of the study demonstrated that it is possible to optimize the durability test method by applying the characteristics of high-voltage batteries in real vehicles to the Bench durability test. This provides a new testing method that can more accurately assess the durability of HEV transmissions, contributing significantly to the future development and validation of HEV Vehicles. |
