| 초록 | Recently, with the trend toward the electrification of automobiles, improving vehicle fuel efficiency has emerged as a major development goal. Accordingly, a high level of quality is required for individual drive shaft joints. In this study, we analyzed the effect of surface roughness on the rotational endurance life of each Inboard Joint type. We focused on two types of inboard joints (PT/PE side), which are representative high-performance/high-efficiency joints: HDJ (High-Performance Double-Offset Joint) and CWTJ (Compact Wrinkled Tripod Joint). Through a rotation durability test, it was confirmed that the rougher the surface roughness, the lower the rotation durability life. |
