| 초록 | As improving the energy efficiency of vehicles has emerged as a major development goal, higher efficiency in torque transmission of drive shafts is required. In this study, we analyzed the torque transmission loss mechanism of the outboard joint, derived ideas for maximizing efficiency, and designed an ultra-high efficiency joint(HBJ-B) that minimizes frictional momentum loss. In addition, its effectiveness was verified through comparative simulation analysis and test with the prior high-efficiency joint(HBJ-A). |
