초록 The subframe is the component that supports the heaviest loads in vehicle suspension, and its fatigue durability is primarily vulnerable at the welded joints. Solutions to address the fatigue durability issues of these welded joints are post-treatment of the weld beads and design modifications of the joints. This study investigates the changes in fatigue life resulting from increased strength of the welding wire to enhance the durability performance of the weld. We evaluated the fatigue durability performance using an 80k-grade welding wire and conducted a comparative analysis with a 50k-grade welding wire. Through specimen durability tests, we established the properties of the 80k welding wire, and based on this, we conducted tests and analyses of component durability.
