Mobility design studies have been executed to eliminate or reduce inefficiencies that are inherent with focusing on multiple value factors to determine usability. This study aimed to find implications on the directions of changes in mobility design by exploring value relations with the usability of mobility, as well as form factors of mobility involving appearances and structures. To this end, concepts of mobility vs motility, mobility vs morphism, mobility vs maneuverability, as well as mobility vs function and mobility vs form factor were reviewed based on mobility factors to verify their relationships from values from both human factors and mobility factors. Through this study, the mobility design changes in value relations were concluded from human factors that cover all the mobility factors that were considered separately from human factors, and the maneuverability of a digital interface would become more critical in the future, in which mobility is not fully autonomous. |
