초록 Due to the recent strengthened environmental regulations, the growth rate of the pure electric/hydrogen vehicle market is decreasing due to the influence of Chasm, but the driving motor market is increasing as major eco-friendly vehicle manufacturers focus on developing Extended Range Electric Vehicles (EREVs) that can increase vehicle mileage. In this environment, as the bearing failure e.g. pitting, fluting due to electric erosion in traction motor, which are the driving power of eco-friendly vehicles, has emerged as a major quality issue for traction motor, grounding components used in industrial motors are being applied to eco-friendly vehicle traction motors. Therefore, since motor shaft grounding components are still being mass-produced as industrial products by advanced foreign companies and applied to domestic eco-friendly vehicles, domestic vehicle components companies also need to develop motor shaft grounding components that can achieve equivalent or higher performance while avoiding patents of advanced foreign companies. Through this study, Yoosung Enterprise developed eco-friendly vehicle grounding components that can be applied to eco-friendly vehicles by manufacturing prototypes and evaluating their performance using domestic design concepts, and confirmed that their performance is equivalent to or higher than that of products from advanced companies.
