| 초록 | The development of electric vehicles has increased vehicle weight and power demands, particularly for the C-MDPS (Column-Motor Driven Power Steering) system. This study focuses on enhancing the fastening force of the snap ring, a critical component, by analyzing design parameters such as inner diameter, thickness, and edge thickness. The analysis identified key factors that improve fastening force and confirmed the snap ring's performance under high output conditions without NVH issues. The findings provide a basis for applying snap rings to other systems, addressing fastening force concerns and improving overall performance. |
