초록 This study proposes an analysis-based resonance-avoiding design methodology for NVH
evaluation test jigs for electromechanical actuators. Electromechanical actuators generate dominant
vibration excitations from grear mesh frequency (GMF) and electromagnetic excitation force (EMF),
which may coincide with the structural resonance of test jigs and distort measurement results.
To address this issue, excitation frequencies derived from gear kinematics and motor electromagnetic
characteristics were identified, and a modal analysis-based jig design approach was applied to ensure
sufficient frequency separation between excitation frequencies and jig natural modes.
Finite element modal analysis and experimental modal testing were conducted to validate the jig
structure. The designed jig achieved more than ±10% frequency separation from dominant GMF and
EMF excitations. The differences between experimental and analytical natural frequencies were
within 1%, 5%, and 7% for the first, second, and third modes, respectively. In addition, MAC values
above 0.7 confirmed good modal correlation.
The proposed approach provides a systematic methodology for the analysis-based resonanceavoidance
design and validation of NVH evaluation test jigs for electromechanical actuators.
